An Australian woman found a surprising thing while organizing her stuff. She opened her underwear drawer and saw a family of baby mice or rats.
Vicki, a mom from Brisbane, didn’t pay much attention to her dogs acting strange near the drawer at first. the woman thought it was just something odd happening.
The next day, when Vicki woke up in the morning and got ready for her day, she opened the drawer again. She saw eight very young baby animals. They were all cuddled up on a blanket with their eyes closed. Vicki thought they were born just a few hours ago. She was really surprised & confused about how their mom got into the drawer.
Vicki’s daughter Phoebe told Yahoo News Australia about a strange thing that happened to her mom. She thinks the dogs’ wild behavior might have scared the mother of the baby animals. That’s why the mother hid in a drawer, and that’s where they found her and her babies.
Vicki and Phoebe took the baby animals to the vet quickly in a shoebox, asking for help. But even the experienced vet staff couldn’t fully explain what had happened.
